In this video, we take a look at the Seigebreaker Behemoth miniature for the Spires in Para Bellum Games' Conquest. As with all of the miniatures by Para Bellum Games, this miniature is huge. It also happens to be a really good-looking miniature. In this post, we look at the miniature's parts, build the model, discuss the miniature game and talk about how you can field this model in your Spires army. During this video, I accidently called this miniature a Shieldbreaker Behemoth a few times. That is not the name of this model. It is the Seigebreaker Behemoth. In this video, I quickly discuss my first experience using a speed paint of any kind. Although many brands are available (such as Army Painter Speed Paints and Citadel Contrast Paints) my first time using these paints was with Vallejo Xpress Colors, and it was an overall positive experience. Come see the results and hear my thoughts on Vallejo Xpress Color paints in this quick review of the product. The end result looks great, and it took me much less time to paint this medium sized WizKids miniature than it normally would using traditional paint methods. Due to the speed and ease of this paint, I will be using it again. The miniature used for this experiment was an unpainted @criticalrole miniature by @WizKidsOfficial. It is the Critical Role Naga Abomination. A fine-looking figure if you ask me, and fairly affordable too! The nice thing about these unpainted miniatures by WizKids is that they come pre-primed. A very handy thing in the cold Canadian winter as it is well below zero Celsius up here right now (-10 degrees, feels like -17; For my American friends, that is 14 degrees Fahrenheit, feels like 1 degrees Fahrenheit). Personally, I like these miniatures for games like Frostgrave and Rangers of Shadowdeep, but they are perfect for role playing games too, like Dungeons and Dragons, 5E or Pathfinder. In this video I review the Alien Hives Burrower miniature by OnePageRules for their game Grimdark Future. A friend printed this model off for me and you can get it from OnePageRules and MyMiniFactory. I could see this miniature being used as a proxy Trygon or Mawloc models for Tyranid armies in Warhammer 40K. That said, I focus instead on this miniature for Grimdark Future, which is the game for which they are intended.
