Spotlight on Iroquois Warrior Miniatures by Crucible Crush (for Flint & Feather)

This post is a quick spotlight on some 28mm Iroquois Warrior Flint and Feather miniatures that I bought from Crucible Crush at a local convention. If you look at the image below, we will be focusing on the blister pack to the right.

Crucible Crush Flint & Feather Huron and Iroquois Warriors
In this post, we will be looking at the blister pack on the right.

These Blister Packs each come with five miniatures.

Flint and Feather itself is a Miniature Skirmish Game featuring Native Americans before contact with European settlers. If you want to know more about Flint and Feather, be sure to check out our earlier Spotlight Article.

Without even opening the blisters, I can tell you that I really like the packaging on these miniatures. The front lets you see what is in the product while the back has some really nice pictures of what to expect.

The back of the blister packs. I really like that they show pictures of the painted miniatures on them. The Minis in this article are the ones on the right side.

Now, let’s take a closer look at the minis that come in the pack.

The Miniatures

Iroquois Leader with light wood armour
This is the miniature that attracted me to this package. He is an Iroquois Warrior with a shield, club and some light wood armour.

28mm Iroquois Warrior Miniature armed with a bow
A very happy looking young warrior armed with a bow.

These are some really nice looking miniatures, and I bet that they will look great once they get some paint on them.

These figures will be great for the Flint and Feather game, but I can foresee them also being used as alternative figures for Frostgrave: Ghost Archipelago and for the upcoming expansion to Blood & Plunder.

If you are interested in getting these figures for yourself, be sure to check out the Crucible Crush Website, or look for them at your favourite conventions. The next time I will be seeing Crucible Crush will be at Hotlead in March (and am I ever looking forward to that event).

A Thank You

The official gaming mat for Flint and Feather is made by Cigar Box Battle and sold by Crucible Crush.

Although it is not the official game mat, all of the pictures above feature a plush version of the Lost Temple Mat (by Cigar Box Battle) as a backdrop. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Cigar Box Battle for sending this mat to Must Contain Minis. It looks great and is so soft!!! In fact, the last time I took a plush game mat to a store to play a game, one youngster kept visiting our table to feel the mat. He really liked how soft Cigar Box Battle makes their plush mats.  🙂

Until next time, Happy Gaming Everyone!!!
