Review of Cyberpunk Red Miniatures by Monster Fight Club

Review of Cyberpunk Red Miniatures by Monster Fight Club

In this Review, I take a look at the Monster Crew Miniatures Set by Monster Fight Club. These Cyberpunk Red miniatures are great for miniatures games and Role Playing Games. If you want to play in a Cyberpunk world, check these figures out. In this review, I discuss five miniatures from the range, the challenges I had in building them and show a scale comparison image too.

On top of that, you will see how these miniatures were painted by an expert commission painter. These figures were painted by Drew Claessens. Photographs of the painted figures are also by him.

These miniatures are currently exclusive to the Monster Fight Club website (links below), but it looks like a miniatures skirmish game is in the works to go along with their Cyberpunk Red miniatures. For now, they are purpose built for the Cyberpunk Red RPG game and they may also be used in your miniatures agnostic games provided they match the scale of your other minis.

Before finishing my review, I want to state that although Monster Fight Club sent me the miniatures, in no other way was I compensated for this review. I reserve the right to give a positive or negative review. That said, this description does contain affiliate links (like the one above). If you use them to buy something from Amazon or DriveThruRPG, you help support Must Contain Minis at no extra cost to you. Win-Win!

Table of Contents

As with all of my reviews, my main aim is let you know more about the product so you can make a more informed decision on how you spend your hobby dollars. Here is the contents of this video for easy navigation.

  • 1:43 Start of review
  • 3:50 Discussion of the Commission Painter
  • 4:11 A closer look at the five miniatures
  • 5:41 Scale comparison of the miniatures (Monster Fight Club’s Cyberpunk Red vs GW’s Warhammer 40K vs Warlord Games’ Bolt Action vs RAFM’s 32mm Modern Day Heroes vs 32mm Reaper Miniatures)
  • 6:22 Summary

These are really nice miniatures. I could see them easily being used for the upcoming Cyberpunk Red Combat Zone, and also games like Zona Alfa and Reality’s Edge. Being that they are on the larger side of miniatures, I wonder how they would measure up to miniatures by Atomic Mass Games for Marvel Crisis Protocol. I also wonder if they would scale up nicely with Batman miniatures. Unfortunately, I don’t have any of those miniatures for scale comparison purposes.

Being that Monster Fight Club has teased an upcoming miniatures game, perhaps just buy these Monster Fight Club miniatures and don’t worry about their scale with other ranges. Now, let’s go to those links. Remember, if you use an affiliate link, you are helping me out and encouraging me to produce more content.

Help Support Must Contain Minis

Just a quick reminder. Must Contain Minis partners with a few businesses to help cover the costs associated with running a website. We do this through affiliate links. If you purchase something from one of the affiliate links from this site, then a portion of the sale goes back to supporting Must Contain Minis. This is at no extra cost to you at all. Win-win.

We have affiliate relationships with Amazon.com (paid link) and DriveThruRPG (paid link). On top of those two, the Wargame Vault (paid link) is also one of the companies that you can buy from and support this website.

Recently, I just partnered with Humble Bundle (paid link) too. There you can buy some great bundles (Miniature Gaming and Role Playing Game PDFs, and Computer Games) at very affordable prices. When you checkout from there, you can select how much money to support Must Contain Minis (and many charities) with. This is a great way to get some cool stuff for yourself and help Must Contain Minis without costing you any extra money.

I thank you again for reading and appreciate the continued support.
