In this post, I review the miniatures from the Pathfinder Battles: Tournament of Trials boxed set by WizKids. This set of miniatures is inspired by Paizo’s Pathfinder Fists of the Ruby Phoenix Adventure Path. In this boxed set, you will find 7 miniatures, and one is fairly sizable!

Looking at the back of the box, you wouldn’t realize that one is much larger than the others, but let’s take these figures out for a closer look.

Actually, a couple of these miniatures are fairly large. Closer to the end of the post, I will toss an Age of Sigmar miniature in the mix for scale comparison.

Now, let’s continue investigating these miniatures.
The Miniatures from Tournament of Trials
Golden League Xun

Straight up, I love the look of this miniature. It is so cool!!

Golden League Xun is a formidable warrior from the Golden League.
Provincial Jiang-Shi Vampire

This miniature looks awesome!

It is so well done.

Provincial Jiang-Shi Vampire is fearsome undead creature with a rich backstory, ready to haunt your campaigns.
Razu, Tengu Masterbard

Razu is a unique blend of avian and musical prowess and is sure to captivate both players and foes.

Yabin the Just

Yabin embodies justice and honor.
Rivka

An interesting mini for sure representing a character I know nothing about.
Taiga Yai

This formidable presence embodies the wild and untamed aspects of nature.

It is a really large miniature, and a good looking one too.
Shadow Yai

Shadow Yai is a shadowy assassin, that lurks in the darkness to strike at unsuspecting targets.

Now that you have seen all of the miniatures up close, let me show you the Tournament of Trials miniatures compared to that Age of Sigmar miniature that I mentioned earlier.

As you can see, this box set comes with two fairly sizable miniatures.
