This weekend marks Canadian Thanksgiving. For Canadians and non-Canadians alike, I want to wish you Happy Thanksgiving!!!

I plan to use the weekend to get things done around the house. Tonight, I watched  Warcraft on Netflix. Not a bad movie. I found it enjoyable, but it has also been a long time since I watched a movie. The last one I watched before this one was Alpha. I think I liked that one a little more.

That said, watching Warcraft got me the itch to start a Green Hordes Army. Whether I actually do that, is a different matter.

While surfing Facebook, I came across a bit of a surprise. Warlord Games is having a Canadian Thanksgiving Sale where most of their Canadian Miniatures are available at four products for the price of three.

This means that you can get British Bolt Action Miniatures, French and British Blackpowder Miniatures, and even Log Cabin Terrain Pieces at a discount.

That also got me looking at what one might be able to get on the Wargame Vault and DriveThruRPG for free. Both sites have free areas (DriveThruRPG here, and Wargame Vault there). If you have been curious about Modiphius Game’s Fallout, there is a free 60 page rulebook on the Wargame Vault. Achtung! Chtulhu Skirmish is also available for free over on DriveThruRPG.
